Refill your creative well and find inspiration within nature with a ladies-only, day-long workshop with inspirational landscape photographer and artist Margaret Soraya in beautiful Bosham village, the jewel in the crown of Chichester Harbour on Britain's south coast.
The workshop is your chance to recharge, revitalise and spend time considering your purpose through creativity. Take the day to slow down and be present in nature.
Your tutor is award-winning landscape photographer Margaret Soraya, who trained as a fine artist. Much of her time is spent in the wilds of Scotland, capturing its beauty in photographs. She has made solo time for just herself a priority in a busy life that includes parenting two sons, photographing weddings and completing commercial shoots all over the world.
You will start by getting to know Margaret over coffee, hearing how being present can help you develop a truly personal style in your own creative work. Margaret will share how she finds time to pursue work that truly fulfils her. A short talk to inspire you to create time within your own family & work life will follow and you will have a chance to learn more about your own creativity through spending the morning together in the beauty and quiet of the Bosham Creek.
Lunch will be provided in the upstairs dining room of The Anchor Bleu, a delightful harbourside pub which prides itself on locally sourced ingredients. After lunch, you'll have the opportunity to explore different locations around the Creek, taking in its winding inlets, birdlife, grasses and boats for more creative work and feedback from Margaret. Your day ends with a gin cocktail at The Millstream Hotel.
