Shipping & Returns

UNITED KINGDOM

All unframed art work attracts a flat shipping fee within the UK, which will be added at checkout.

 

We choose to ship via Courier—£13.15 per order.
Tracking is available with DPD predict, giving you a convenient one hour delivery window for your order. Orders will be delivered the next working day after dispatch and our courier is DPD.

 

For framed artwork we use a specialist art courier.  Please obtain a quote for shipping by contacting the Gallery directly, prior to placing your order.  

 

EUROPE & REST OF WORLD

We can deliver to all parts of Europe & beyond. Time in transit & cost will vary dependant on location. For unframed artwork orders outside the UK, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

 

For framed artwork we use a specialist art courier.  Please obtain a quote for shipping by contacting the Gallery directly, prior to placing your order.  

 

ORDERING & DELIVERY

As soon as we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. We usually deliver your order within 5-7 working days of it being placed*. When your order is shipped, we send you a shipping confirmation including a tracking number.  Shipments to countries outside of the EU may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes.  Art work is carefully packaged and protected either packed flat or rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube.  

 

Please note all packages will need to be signed for upon delivery.

 

*If you have ordered a Charlie Waite print:

Charlie Waite is often travelling overseas for extended periods of time and he is only able to sign your image when he is back in the UK, we do request that you allow 21 days between the date you place your order and the date by which you need to have received delivery. 

 

RETURNS

Art works are individually custom made to order, and as such, are non-refundable.  In the unusual event that your art work arrives in a damaged condition, you should keep all packaging and/or artwork as found and notify us within 48hrs to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. In most cases photographic evidence is required of any damage, in order to process a claim.
