Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier; just browse our shop and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept most credit and debit cards including American Express. You can pay online via the payment platform Stripe. Once payment has been processed your order will be confirmed and you will receive an email order confirmation. Please note prices listed on our website exclude UK VAT, which will be added during the checkout for UK customers.
Cancellations And Returns
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to correct the mistake. As all art works are printed to order, they fall within the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 of good you can't return. If however, your art work arrives in a faulty condition please contact us within 48hrs. All packaging should be retained and photographic evidence will usually be required to qualify for a full refund or replacement art work.
Shipping And Handling
Our shipping costs are typically £25 exc. VAT per order for unframed prints. We use a specialist art courier for framed pieces and costs vary according to destination location (please see our Shipping page for more details). We do not charge handling fees.
Products are usually dispatched within 5-7 working days of your order being placed.
Bosham Gallery Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
